Drink or hold. 93+ pts Wine Advocate Issue #245 Oct 2019 As the wines from San Pablo tend to be, the 2018 Polígonos San Pablo Cabernet Franc is austere and sharp, with less ripeness and alcohol than the others. This is only 13% alcohol despite the fact that it's harvested later than any other regions (it's one of the last grapes harvested in the winery). It's vibrant, varietal, herbal and fresh, serious and dry, with a long finish.
