| Description: | The 2012 vintage of Samantha's Sauvignon Blanc has rich aromas of melon, citrus, and honeysuckle. The vibrant acidity is complemented with beautiful structure and layered texture. Ripe grapefruit, pear and spice notes linger on the palate with a mouthwatering bright finish of minerality and freshness. Samantha's Sauvignon Blanc was barrel fermented in our wine caves using 100% native yeast. The wine was then aged eight months sur lie for additional texture and complexityin 80% stainless steel barrels and 20% French oak (10% new and 10% seasoned). Our Sauvignon Blanc was bottled unfiltered. The 2012 vintage of Samantha's Sauvignon Blanc has rich aromas of melon, citrus, and honeysuckle.
