Then it is shipped to Williams & Humbert's installations in Jerez (Spain), where the rum is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry. This two-stage process produces old rum of unique characteristics, with a matchless bouquet and flavor. It is exceptionally smooth.
