| Description: | This vintage is sourced entirely from a from a single lieux-dit, called "Les cus," that features 32 year-old massale selection vines. This hillside site has an eastern exposure and extremely chalky soil that perfectly expresses the typict of Nogent. This 2018 is exceedingly fresh and dynamic as it proffers vibrant notions of grapefruit, apple, and lemon fruit seamlessly integrated atop a deep-seated, chalk-infused undercarriage. The finish is highly focused and enduring, suggesting that this bottle will flourish on the cork for years to come. Bottled in July 2019 and disgorged in March 2022 after 32 months on the lees with a dosage of 5 g/l. 350 cases produced. |
