Over 40 different apple varieties are carefully selected, pressed and the juice is allowed to ferment naturally until it turns to cider. The cider is then distilled twice in copper pot stills before being aged for at least four years in oak casks and blended to make this rich, smooth, complex brandy with its superb aromas of ripe apples.
