| Description: | This rosè is screaming for a seafood pairing. When winemaker Sebastian Erggelet pointed out the aromas of crushed oyster shell it was unmistakeable. Pale blood orange in the glass. Ocean breeze, salt & seaweed, fresh quince, cassis, rose hip and wet stone. This is not a delicate rosé that calls out all of the regular watermelon and strawberry descriptors. Look more for minerality on this one. Only 60 Cases made. |
