| Description: | The process begins with an array of ingredients assembled by the curious mind of PJ Rigney. Slow distillation then commences. 8 botanicals are added to the copper pot: Meadowsweet, Cardamom, Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Caraway Seed, Star Anise. 4 Botanicals are added to the Vapour Basket: Gunpowder Tea, Chinese Lemon, Oriental Grapefruit, Kaffir Lime. Resting and maturing then occurs. The bottles are filled, labelled and packed by hand within 'The Shed Distillery' |
