He has these grapes locked in and the wines first vintage shows that the grape thrives in the environment. Less minerals and more tropics than the grape typically shows, with white gummy bear, jasmine, lychee, crisp pear and nectarine. Medium weight and very focused acidity make this a great palate cleanser. |
