He has increased density and he harvests a bit early, so he doesn't get too much extraction to make a soft easy wine that you can drink today. A bit of cedar and fresh earth to the currant and red berry fruit. Light and easy drinking with a short but pleasant finish. Finish 30+ Very Good. |
