"Limite Cabernet Franc Costa Toscana comes from the best selection of Cabernet Franc grapes grown along the Tuscan Coast in one of the most beautiful and suitable scenarios for the cultivation of this noble variety.the result is an elegant wine, of character and with a strong varietal identity, a great Mediterranean wine but with a fresh and dynamic character, capable of interpreting the Cabernet Franc of the Tuscan Coast in all its energy, strength and character. Vinified in small open containers in the presence of about 35% of whole bunches, the contact with the skins was 14 days with daily punching down. He has been working for years with great estates in Tuscany, Sicily, and elsewhere, including Girolamo Russo, Alberto Graci, Tabarrini, and Antonella Lombardo. Now Emiliano has chosen to start producing wine under his own name, in two appellations he knows particularly well; the north side of Mount Etna in Sicily, and Bolgheri on the coast of Tuscany. |
