| Description: | The "Falernum" was born, in the 19th century, in Barbados, from a blend of rum, local fruit and spices; to be drunk initially as a tonic simply diluted with ice or to soften the rums of the past, decidedly more violent than those we are used to today, it was later used also for the preparation of drinks. Today, Edoardo Nono and the Rita & Cocktails team in Milan, in collaboration with Compagnia dei Caribbean, have created a "Falernum" capable of conquering the market, while maintaining its original features. Obtained from Caribbean white and dark rum, ginger, spices, bitter almond, lime, lemons, and sugar. Shake well before use! Tasting Notes: The Ginger Liqueur "Falernum" Mr. Three & Bros, is amber in color when tasted, deep yellow and cloudy. The nose is broad and very rich; notes of ginger, bitter almonds and lime stand out. On the palate it is decisive, with good freshness and long persistence.
