Situated on schist soil, aged in Jarres de Grès (Stone jars siniliar to amphora for one year on fine lees to produce a wine with aromatics like no other. Honey, acacia, loquat, yellow apples, soft pears, and a round weighty palate. Salty minerality and a natural quality with fresh fruit that is very Nicolas Joly-esque. |
