Sweet persistent, fine bubbles and frothy foam coat the palate. The sweetness is balanced by a crisp acidity. Notes of white stone fruit linger on the finish. Villa Rosa Asti is a great wine to toast with, no matter what the occasion. Food pairing Serve chilled alongside practically any dessert, from fruit tarts to chocolate mousse.
