Harvest 2008, aged on the lees for about 117 months and the dosage is within the limits of Extra - Brut. The Champagne L'Instant B. 2008 is fresh and mineral; the nose is marked by bright citrus notes of lemon, chalky and iodine; floral notes of bergamot and fresh mint. The palate confirms the nose: fresh and creamy with an important mineral and saline imprint. An ideal Champagne to accompany the whole meal. |
