After aging for over 10 years in 60 gallon oak barrels, this amber colored wine developed aromas of brandy soaked dried fruit with a hint of vanilla. Flavors of caramel and brandied dried fruit are enhanced by the ports balanced sweetness, finishing with a rich creamy vanilla flavor which coats the palate.A favorite with dried fruits, nuts and cigars, the Noble Companion is a tawny style and as such should be consumed within 3-4 years of purchase.
