The palate is pure and delicate yet tight and tensioned towards the finish. There is structure, great elegance, finesse, length and stimulating salinity. The 2007 is a complex and mineral but delicate Blanc de Blancs (lot LA111D07616) that combines power and persistency with finesse and elegance.
