| Description: | Over the last decade, we have cultivated a strong fondness for utilizing whole-grape, low-extraction carbonic fermentation in producing vibrant interpretations of our robust red grapes from Santa Barbara County. In 2020, we applied this technique to white grapes, resulting in the creation of our orange wine. By pressing the whole grapes and allowing the natural fermentation process to finish, we ensure a pure and well-balanced "fresh" orange wine. Our fourth iteration of Love You Bunches Orange features an enhanced blend of Pinot Gris, Orange Muscat, Tocai Fruilano, and Gewurztraminer for a delectable and exotic experience. The playful name "Love You Bunches" refers to our extra care in handling grape bunches during harvest for carbonic fermentation.
