| Description: | Zorzal's Garnacha Blanca is a solid white that you will find to be all-purpose in the best of ways. It is medium-bodied and fresh with notes reminiscent of yellow apple and peach with a touch of minerals. A portion of the wine aged in used 500L barrels for 6 months. This adds richness and complexity to the wine, but it doesn't taste "oaky.' This is 100% Garnacha Blanca, organically grown and hand harvested. This would be terrific with seafood and saffron paella. |
