| Description: | Old vines from a single vineyard planted on the terraced granite slopes of this renowned appellation,. in the northern sector of the Rhone valley, located on the left bank of the Rhone. Grape VARIETIES 100% Syrah. Production TECHNIQUES Grapes are harvested by hand into small, shallow containers and vinified traditionally, undergoing a lengthy maceration in the process. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels ranging from one to two years in age. DESCRIPTION Color: Dark purple Aroma: Intense; reminiscent of blackberries and licorice, supported by notes of black pepper Taste: Jammy fruits, such as ripe plum and fig, with a silky texture and a glossy finish. |
