| Description: | Junmai Ginjo is a "singing brew" that receives between 50 and 60% polishing (in this case 50%) and no addition of alcohol for a fruity, delicate style. From a brewery that goes all the way back to the 1860s, this is a fresh, complex sake with aromas of steamed rice, blueberry, cooked pear, honeyed banana, white flowers, followed by a viscous texture on the palate. Serve chilled. |
