Like the Chinon Rouge, the grapes were also sourced from the villages of Riviere, Beaumont-en-Veron and Savigny-en-Veron. The color is pale pink with aromas and flavors that range from little red berries to pink grapefruit. The wine is moderately dry with a decent mid-palate and nice buffering acidity. |
