From local grapes planted on volcanic soils at high altitude, Etna wine is very much its own thing – and extremely good. Aromas of lemons, grapefruit, and peach together with attractive jasmine, floral notes, followed by a mineral, nutty texture and high, almost tart acidity. Refreshing, complex, and rewarding. |
