The Martin Stelling Vineyard, our 100-acre estatevineyard located behind the winery at the base of the western hills, is the cornerstone of our Cabernet blend. Vintage after vintage, this vineyard consistently produces the highly regarded Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon. Cave Collection Far Niente Cave Collection Cabernet Sauvignon is renowned for its ability to age gracefully and become more nuanced and elegant with time. As each vintage is bottled, a small percentage is reserved for the Cave Collection, capped with a specially designed tin capsule, and then set aside for extended age. Limited quantities of the Cave Collection are made available annually; once the year's offering is depleted, the wines remain unavailable until the next allocated release. |
