The Soleo Collection pays homage to the origin of whisky making by celebrating the flavorsome stages of the grape's evolution. Soleo was the traditional sun drying process which created the foundation for crafting the finest sherry. Under the heat of the Andalusian sun, the grapes absorb energy, changing from bright green and yellow to deep purple signaling the perfect moment for fermentation. Using only sherry seasoned oak casks and 100% natural color, this collection introduces a flavor experience that Is uniquely shaped by the casks in which the spirit is matured. Matured only in first fill sherry seasoned oak casks, and bottled at natural color at a strength selected by our Master Whisky Maker. Creamy vanilla, orange peel and nutmeg character. Aroma: Resinous, candied peel and fresh oak notes. Taste: Rich, spicy, creamy vanilla and orange peel. Finish: Long, fruity, orange peel notes with a hint of nutmeg. |
