| Description: | This cuve Pertois-Lebrun n17 comes from Chardonnays from the plot located on the eponymous place Derrire le Mont Aigu. Planted in 1955 by Paul Pertois, the grandfather of Antoine and Clment, it is located on the terroir of Chouilly, a Grand Cru classified village of the prestigious Cte des Blancs. The Chardonnays that make up this cuve are vinified and aged in sandstone vats (36%) and in oak barrels (64%). The bottles then benefit from a minimum aging of 4 years in the cellars. This plot cuve Derrire le Mont Aigu n17 was bottled in only 1470 copies. Without added sulphites or dosage liqueur, it is the authentic expression of the terroir, the wine and nature. With its aromas of ripe citrus, its vanilla and toasted notes, this gourmet cuve will seduce all connoisseurs in search of authenticity. |
