| Description: | Take everything you think you know about Pinot Gris and throw it out the window. Made from a blend of different vineyards, mainly grown on loess soils with its musts weights classified as Kabinett. A tiny amount of residual sugar (1.5 g/l) gives the wine a balancing weight to the huge acidity (6.1g/l). Lively and intense lemon, green apple and smoky minerals make this a serious wine that has the chops to age a few years. |
