Leguillette Romelot Extra Brut Prelude
| Description: | A blend of 76% Pinot Meunier and 24% Chardonnay mostly from the 2017 harvest. Bottled in Pale yellow hue, with fine bubbles that release floral and white fruit aroms. In the mouth, we first find the floral side which then gives way to white and fresh fruits. The feel is silky thanks to its reserve wine (2013) component. The finish is gently toned and fresh, with fine balance and length. Disgorged in December, 2020 after 23 month on the less with light dosage of 5 grams per liter. |
