| Description: | The tiny production 2015 Côtes du Roussillon Villages la Petite Sibérie comes from a single parcel and is mostly very old vine Grenache blended with 5% each of Syrah and Mourvèdre. Aged in new French oak, it offers loads black raspberry, spice-box, toasty oak, and dried flowers that continues to develop beautifully with time in the glass. Full-bodied, silky and elegant on the palate, it has ample depth and richness, no hard edges, beautiful purity, and a weightless, heaven finish. It needs 2-3 years of bottle age to integrate its oak (this cuvee always needs short-term cellaring) but is an incredible expression of Grenache from the Roussillon that delivers the goods.
