Distilled from 70% malted barley and 30% corn and aged in ex-bourbon, sherry, and American oak casks, Mars finishes its premier blended whisky, Iwai Tradition, in ex-wine casks from the Pinot Noir- and Cabernet-producing Mars Winery in Yamanashi.
