Trapiche Broquel Malbec

Trapiche Broquel Malbec

Description: The Broquel Malbec 2007 is an object lesson in why Malbecs from Argentina are so popular here in the States. With deep, red-violet and ruby hues that indicate concentration, the wine shows loads of jammy, ripe, black fruits and blackberry liqueur on the nose, with vanilla, chocolate and smoke notes. In the mouth, the wine has ample, rich and juicy flavors, bursting with spicy wild cherries and berries, and a full, warm character that pairs so well with grilled steak. Grass-fed beef is popular in Argentina and, like Broquels Malbec 2007, it now can be found across the U.S. Region Description. A red grape variety commonly grown in Argentina. Argentinian Malbecs can be ripe and lush, and capable of extended aging.
