These select barrels are allowed to age as long as necessary to reach their peak maturity. Each barrel is then bottled individually, one barrel at a time, for an uncompromised taste. This Single Barrel Bourbon is a tribute to the legendary Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. -- a name synonymous with "Topmost Class" whiskey. Tasting Notes: The aroma carries lightly toasted oak, with dried figs and butterscotch. One sip brings flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is just long enough to prepare the palette for another sip. The bottle itself is a likeness to Colonel Taylor's original design used over a century ago.
