| Description: | Purchased in 1998 and planted in 2000, Fattoria del Pino has a tiny number of plantings with 1.5 hectares dedicated to Rosso and.5 hectare for the Brunello at around 300 meters on Mount Montosoli. The silty clays, marls and limestones lend to a delicate style of Brunello, with ripe cherry fruits, blackberries, red currants, leather and integrated oak. Built to drink now with softish tannins, a creamy texture and a pretty earthy note. Only large 3500L neutral casks are used |
