The 70% Nero d'Avola and 30% Perricone blend has a modern readiness to the fruits, coming across rich and plush with moderate acidity. Plums, roasted chestnuts and smoked berries show typical Nero d'Avola characteristics while the Pericone lends a Barbera-like plushness and acidity. |
