Using a dry and nutty Amontillado and a sweet and intense Pedro Ximenez, the team at the bodega blends wormwood, gentian, coriander and orange-peel aromas, among other secret botanicals, by extracting each one separately to create the perfect blend. Sweet notes of ripe fruit blend seamlessly with citrusy, herbal notes to create this silky and delicious blend. |
