| Description: | The newest producer on the island and the first and only all-female winery. Having only released the first wine in 2016, they're getting going with the younger styles of madeira. This is their "dry" three-year-old, which still has a nice, involved maturity to it with aromas of toffee, fudge, chocolate, and brown sugar lifted by very refreshing high acidity. That acidity also makes the wine seem quite dry, even though RS is 54g/L. Great pudding wine. |
