| Description: | Manufacturer's Notes: A Traditional, fresh velvety wine, rosso di montalcinio comes from the estate's best vineyards, the same that produces Brunello; 100% Sangiovese with persistent, fruity aromas and considerable structure makes this wine very versatile. After aging in oak barrels for 1 year it refines in bottle for 6 months. It goes well with dishes of medium structure, such as pasta with meat sauce, game, mushrooms or truffles, risotto composites. it should be served in a crystal glasses for red wine at a temperature of 18°C. |
