Once the fruit has been delivered to the winery, the winemakers ensure that the up front fruit and spice characters are maintained and further enhanced and complexed with oak fermentation and maturation characters, adding a subtle spice and toast to the finished wine. This classic Australian shiraz cabernet blend is best matched to grilled meat and vegetable dishes. |
