| Description: | Haedus 2018 Rose has a pale pink color with light peach reflections. The nose is elegant and fruity, revealing pretty aromas of yellow peach, necatarine and pineapple. Further aeration reveals notes of red fruits including strawberry and pomegranate. The fresh and unctuous palate is also very expressive, with hints of yellow peach and red fruits. This wine shows a very beautiful aromatic persistence with citrus notes in the finish, which gives it a very nice length. This wine is ideal to serve by itself as an aperitif, but is also excellent with white meats or grilled fish, mixed salads, Paella or Thai Satays. |
