| Description: | 91-93 Bh / 89-92 Jm. A perfumed and exuberantly spicy nose offers up a blend of both red and dark cherry along with floral nuances. The wonderfully sleek, refined and punchy medium weight flavors possess a gorgeous texture thanks to the very fine-grained tannins supported the firm, youthfully austere and mineral-driven finish. This is textbook Fuées. Outstanding.-Allen Meadows, Burghound. Three planting dates, 1969, 1970s and the biggest plot in 1996. Mid crimson, with a slightly restrained fruit on the nose. The palate shows a more interesting quality fruit behind, some strawberry and roses, of medium density, perhaps slightly falling away at the back. Drink from 2026-2032.
