| Description: | This intense Ros made of 100% Blaufrankisch is Dry Dry Dry! The color is a wild, strawberry-cranberry-hued ros, perfect for lunch-time or picnicking. Tangy, juicy, untamed, and total fun. It is very much Pinot Noir-like in style. On the palate, light notes of cherry, herbs, watermelon, and forest. Grapes were partly destemmed before being put in a semi-closed container for a slow and cool native yeast fermentation that lasted into November. The juice was moved by gravity into 1200 liter used Austrian barrels and allowed to age without intervention, stirring or additives. Unfined and unfiltered. 12% Abv. |
