| Description: | Maté has a typical bouquet of wild roses and wild strawberries, together with attractive floral notes that we also find on the palate in addition to spicy and salty sensations. 100% Brachetto from the Maté vineyard's 1.1 hectare plot of 40+ year old Brachetto vines planted to limestone and clay in the zone of Treiso. Fermentation and maceration for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel for 8 months. Never fined or filtered. 416 cases produced annually Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Maceration on skins is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation that is completed in stainless steel.
