Stags' Leap Winery Estate The Leap Napa Cabernet represents the distinctive personality of our estate vineyard and this fantastic vintage, showing layers of richness and intensity. The wine offers aromas and flavors of juicy blackcurrants, cassis, dark blackberry, and black cherry, with lifted notes of wild violet and savory chaparral herbs. Deep and generous with full-bodied elegance and structure, it is vibrant, viscous, and brooding, with mouth-enveloping texture and balance. Notes of graphite, espresso, dark chocolate, and black licorice come through on the lengthy finish with silky, mouthcoating tannins, and freshness. Beautiful upon release, while certain to age impeccably. 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec.
