| Description: | A luxurious red Bordeaux in a 500 ml bottle. Made from 50 year old Merlot grapes with vines that are planted in clay, limestone and gravel soils. The wine was fermented with wild yeasts in concrete tanks and then aged 12 months in barrel (20% new oak). Château Vieux Taillefer is a 4.8 hectare property and winemaker, Cathérine Cohen, is joined by her husband to run the estate. |
