| Description: | Tasting Note: Bright, peachy, and floral on the nose. Crisp, juicy, and concentrated on the palate, with a firm undercurrent of stony minerality; light-bodied with notes of lemon, tart stone fruits, and blanched almond. – Abv: 12.5% Winemaking: The fruit is de-stemmed before pressing. Fermented in large (60,000l), stainless steel vats at 14-16ºC for 15 days. Producer: Bodegas Gallegas is one of the largest wineries in Galicia. A family-owned and operated producer, in addition to the Abariño grown on their own estate, they also work in close collaboration with other, smaller growers in the region to maintain the centuries-old winemaking traditions of the the Rías Baixas and obtain the highest-quality fruit for their wines. |
