| Description: | Talented Napa winemaker Tom Sherwood makes a tiny batch of just 446 bottles from vineyards in Contra Costa are hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed and fermented in used French oak. The wine ages for 6-9 months in barrel prior to secondary fermentation for a minimum of 18 months in bottle. All about texture with a fine mousse and fine bubbles that turn creamy as they dissipate. Serious tropical notes, plantains, orange citrus, wet sand, and baked biscuits. |
