A nice texture, but a little marked. A gourmet and pleasure wine, a little simple aromatically. Pairs well with vegetables, raw vegetables, green salad, terrines and foie gras, meat and seafood, cold cuts, fish. Main course: white meat (poultry, veal), grilled white meat, white meat in sauce, red meats (beef, duck), grilled red meats, red meat in sauce, raw red meat, smoked meat. |
