Fresh and full-bodied, with fine tannins and elegant fruits. Serve chilled. Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with finely sliced Bellota ham, smoked salmon, chicken and spring vegetable samosas, grilled red mullet, assorted cheese and red berry fruit zabaglione.
