Buccia Nera Con Fondo Rosato Petillant Wine Spontaneous Fermentation Organic Vegan - East Houston St. Wine & Spirits | Liquor Store & Alcohol Delivery, New York, NY
Description: | Grape: Ciliegiolo Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Raspberry, Yeast, Minerals The Mancini family?s winemaking history began at the end of the nineteenth century. In the 70s Amadio Mancini, with his wife Patrizia's support, took over the winery's management and immediately began modernizing and improving cultivation and production techniques. In 2002 Amadio officially received the organic management certification. Today, the winery is managed by Amadio's daughters, Anastasia, Alessia and Roberta Mancini. This all natural wine is medium body, dry with a very delicate but persistent bubbles, fresh and savory with good length. Produced in the ancestral method - f ermentation takes place spontaneously in tank then racked and bottled with yeasts to finish the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is unfined and unfiltered which adds to the savory nuances on the palate. You'll also discover flavors of red fruits (cherry, raspberry & strawberry) and beautiful minerality. The winery suggests p airing with pizza with various toppings, plate of shellfish or mixed seafood, fried fish, or battered deep fried vegetables. Organic, Vegan |
