| Description: | Tasting notes. A brilliant pale pink colour. Fruity and floral aromas (peony, rose). Fine and fruity, supple and fresh with delicate red fruit notes (a striking strawberry flavour which develops into black cherry). Based on our Blanc de Blancs (88%) and blended with our own red wine (Pinot noir vinified in red), this champagne is rich, subtly persistent and extremely refined. Assemblage. Chardonnay : 88%. Pinot Noir : 12%. Dosage Brut. 6 g/l. |
