The Arey Vineyard is composed Shale, Basalt, Greywacke, and Volcanic ash, all showing in the wine. Full of baking spices, minerals, crème brûlée, and citrusy acid. White nectarine, lemon, tangerine, and subtle notes of dahlias. Buy this by the case while it is grossly underpriced, as I presume it will be $45 in two years. |
